We are very happy with the quality work and the experience from a great family owned local company. Ten Arrows has excellent roofing crews that took care of our home while removing the hail damaged roof and installing the new one. The crew completed our roof in one day and were careful with our landscaping and left our property perfect.
Cameron is very knowledgeable in regards to the insurance process and helped us with our storm damage claim and explaining how insurance works with storm damage. Ransom was on top of the roofing crew and did a thorough walk around after the work was done. This is truly a family run business that is rooted in the community and built the business on quality work and reputation.
I hope to not need Ten Arrows for a long time, but it is Oklahoma so we will certainly call them immediately upon any storm damage in the future. Thanks guys!

Ten Arrows Roofing did a fantastic job on the installation and care of my new roof. Rob was patient and responsive to my questions. Believe me, not all roofing companies are equal. Due to my experiences with another company, I now have a new found degree of caution I will forever have when dealing with contractors and roofers. We just had our second home roofed by Ten Arrows, & I can’t say enough good things about this company or their work. Ransom was up on our roof the day after a huge hail storm, & he was back for the inspection with a third party inspector our insurance company sent, & again for a re-inspection with our actual adjuster, where he fought for us after the first tried to downplay the amount of storm damage we had. Camron went SO far above & beyond to make sure we had exactly what we wanted, & handled every detail with our insurance - she made it so easy on our end! Storm season in Oklahoma is obviously crazy busy for roofing companies & TA is local to us, so after several damaging storms in our community this spring she is swamped (I’m not exaggerating, her phone NEVER stops ringing), & she still managed to make me feel like our home was high priority. Ransom & Camron both came by the day their crew was here, making sure everything was done in ONE DAY!! We have a large house with a steep roof, & every one of our neighbors have gotten new roofs since that hail storm & theirs all took 2-3 days, so that’s what we anticipated - but with a toddler, keeping the noise contained to one day was such a huge, unexpected convenience for us. It’s the details & the extra behind-the-scenes stuff where they really take care of you that sets this company apart & makes them stand out from the rest.

These guys came over and fixed issues I had with a new roof that was put on by another local company! Not because I was paying them a bunch of money but because it was the right thing to do, and the other company would not stand behind their work! I only wish I would’ve used 10 Arrows to install the roof instead of the other local company! 10 Arrows roofing has the best customer service and came highly recommended from a neighbor when they heard of my issues! Best roofing company in town!!! Don’t make the mistake I did of using someone else to install a roof, these guys will just have to come fix it anyways! ;)

Rob, Camron, Ransom and all their crews were great to work with. Our home was severely damaged last spring by the major hailstorm that hit Norman, OK. Having used Ten Arrows in the past, it was an easy decision for our family who would help us repair our home. Rob served as our contractor from start to finish. He provided huge guidance as we navigated the insurance company, design and material selection and a thousand questions along the way. Our neighbors were very complimentary on quality of work and just as important, how professional the workers were to our neighborhood.

We cannot recommend Ten Arrows enough. Rob worked very well with our insurance adjuster. Camron was awesome to work with on scheduling. Very responsive and available when we had questions. When the gutters were installed, a downspout was placed in the wrong spot. When I contacted them, Camron got everything situated for us and it was fixed within a couple of days. They truly want you to be happy with the finished product. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and well taken care of. Their crew was nice and worked hard to get our roof taken care of in one day.
